EVENT PROCEDURES

*Transponders are mandatory on all cars. (yellow westhold transponders) We will have them available at all events at the sign in window to rent for $10

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE IT IS MOUNTED IN THE CORRECT LOCATION FOR ACCURATE SCORING AND SAFE KEEPING. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE IT NEEDS TO GO, ASK US AND WE WILL HELP YOU

If you return one damaged, there will be a $100 fee to have it repaired.

If it falls off your car and we are unable to find it, there will be a $200 fee to replace it.

If you don't have your transponder in the correct location or it falls off the car during hot lap/qualifying, you will not be given a qualifying time and will start at the tail of your heat race.

*Raceivers will be required for all divisions at every event (you can purchase one at the track for $100 or
rent one for $10 per night. Ear buds are $25 at the track)

*No two-way radios are allowed

*All races utilize double file lineups to begin the race

*If there is a single car accident before the first lap is completed, that car will go to the tail on the restart

*Multiple car accidents before the first lap is completed will be a complete restart with all cars getting their spot back

*Once the initial green flag falls on a race, any car that exits the track or enters the hot pit for repairs will
restart at the tail of the field

*All restarts will be Deleware Double file restarts. (Leader restarts up front by himself, remainder of field will line up with second place choosing to line up on the inside or outside)

*If we fail to complete a lap in 3 tries of any double file start or restart, we will line the field up single file until we get a successful start/restart.
*A lap will be considered complete once the whole field crosses the finish line

*2 unassisted spinouts in any race by the same driver will result in a black flag for the race

*In the event of a caution, the track will determine who as at fault for the incident. The at-fault car will go to the tail of the next restart. If we are unable to determine who is at-fault, all involved cars will restart in the same position they were before the incident.

*The checkered flag ends all races. If race control makes a mistake and allows a race to go one or more laps longer or shorter than advertised, the checkered flag will always end the race.
